Items may be returned if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please note that certain items, such as customized or hygiene-sensitive products, are not eligible for return. All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Before sending an item back, please contact our support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number may not be processed. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. In some cases, restocking fees or shipping costs may apply.

Refunds for sale or discounted products will reflect the price paid at the time of purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out to confirm availability and arrange the process. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

For a smooth return process, securely pack the product with all original accessories and documentation, clearly marking the RA number on the parcel. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for safe delivery.
